Our Centre
Hours of Operation
We offer a ten month program which runs from September to June. During these months our hours of operation are as follows:

We also offer an extended day program which runs from September to June. The extended day program may be used on a casual drop in basis as long as there is a space available. Our extended day hours of operation are as follows:

Doors will be unlocked at 8:55am for the morning session. Please respect that the staff requires the morning for setup and planning prior to opening.
Our summer program runs Monday to Friday for the month of July from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Drop-ins are welcome.
Parents may choose the days most suitable to their family’s needs depending on spaces available.

This is what a typical day at our preschool may look like, however, we are flexible with our routine and will modify our schedule to accommodate the children’s needs.

Late Pickup
Late pickups cause anxiety and tension for your child and difficulties for the staff as they must organize the room and attend to other duties. Please contact the preschool as soon as possible if you are late or are going to be late. This way we can reassure your child that you are on the way.
Authorized Pickup
Children will only be released to adults listed under the authorized pick up section on your registration form. Please notify a staff member if you require any additional names on your registration form.
School Closures
The preschool acknowledges public school holiday breaks (Christmas Break, Spring Break, etc) You are required to pay the full month’s fee during these months as the preschool is responsible for operating fees. If you go on vacation anytime during the school year, you must still pay your monthly fees to hold your spot.
